Highland Diving Company, LLC. was founded in 2015. The company was built by Tim Regrut, a Navy Veteran and Pennsylvania native. Tim has spent his entire diving career serving the Pennsylvania and mid Atlantic market. Safety is our number one concern here at Highland Diving Co. We operate in full compliance with applicable governing bodies including OSHA, ANSI, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
